Bug Description
dict-gcide uploads are rejected with:
Rejected: dict-web1913_
>= new version (1.4-0.47pd-9) targeted at breezy.
This can probably be fixed by merging with Debian since, by casual inspection of
the changelog, they've fixed this in the latest version.
