Bug Description

While trying to rename a video file an 'Untitled Window' opens up (looks similar to terminal without any text in it, and stays open) then you cannot change the filename. This happens while dropping a video file (avi, mpg,...) in the right pane, then pressing F2 to edit the file name or while right-clicking and selecting 'rename'. Essentially, the program doesn't let you rename the file.

1) The error is reproducible. I re-tested renaming a couple of different files. While txt, mp3, csv, pdf, jpg, vcf, ods, doc, tar.gz, and xls file are easily renamed, avi, wmv, mpg, mp4 and flv files are not. I just realized that the blank screen that appears seems to display the first video frame of the file. However, this pushes the focus away from the file name. When focus is brought back to filename the video preview is closed automatically. Surprisingly, I have been able to rename a video file by quickly typing before the preview window appears. The preview window takes about .5 sec to appear.

2) Try to burn video files discribed above onto a data-dvd medium.

3) Here is the output you requested:
lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.04
Release: 8.04

apt-cache policy brasero
brasero:
  Installed: 0.7.1-3ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.7.1-3ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 0.7.1-3ubuntu1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com hardy/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Hope this helps.
