Bug Description
When you Unmark All in Synaptic, after it unmarks the packages you will be returned to an empty package list. You will then have to click on one of the package categories then click All again to display them all.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Mark some packages for installation.
2. Click Edit > Unmark All
3. Synaptic will load for a while and display an empty package list
