Bug Description
When running NTFS-Config you are asked to give a name to the mount point.
One tutorial that I have seen gives the name windows as an example and the ubuntu desktop then lables the disk Windows.
I am running the new Hardy Heron 64 bit distro and the names that I give to the my NTFS disks are not being shown.
Instead I get "63.8 gb media" for the disk that I am trying to lable as Windows.
I have 6 further NTFS partitions on a seperate disk which are all roughly the same size of 26.8 gbytes and they similarly will not take the lable that I give them.
Funnily enough if I click the disk from the desktop a screen comes up (presumably Nautilus) which gives the name of the disk as /media/63.8 gb plus listing all of the files on the disk, for the above example.
If I click on a folder on the disk and then back out again using the UP button the name of the disk changes to /media/windows in Nautilus but not on the desktop,
Kindest Regards
Keith
The names that you give to ntfs-config is the name of the mount point.
The names that you see in nautilus in computer:/ are the names given by nautilus.
