I personally think that both version (Linux/Windows) should behave the same way on these files.

You didn't include the file so I can't tell for certain but I think it is a duplicate of bug 210153, which is not considered a bug. It will be fixed to work like Ubuntu's version in upstream openoffice.org 3.0. Or you can download the Windows version of GoOO OpenOffice.org from http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/stable/win32/2.4/GoOo-en-US-2.4.0-17.exe and get all of the extra bug fixes for the Windows version in 2.4 also.

I had seen that Bug - but the fact here is that the Windows and Linux Version differe. I though the Internal Engine of OpenOffice was the same - and not linked to OS/System libraries. Bug 210153 referred to that behaviour on different versions. we have here the same version affected on different plattforms.

In that case - the documents can not be used on any system - which is actually the force of OpenOffice right now - and the reason I use it.
Giving you the file is of no use ... Won't make a difference :D IMHO.
