apache2-doc display Parse error

Bug Description

After install apache2-doc, go the http://localhost/manual and see this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /usr/share/doc/apache2-doc/manual/en/index.html on line 1

Im unable to reproduce this problem on a new install. Which web browser are you using and do you have javascript enabled?

I try from my laptop (hardy) using:

epiphany-browser (2.22.1.1-0ubuntu1)
firefox (3.0~b5+nobinonly-0ubuntu3)

both javascript enabled

ops, sorry

i think i found it. cause i change all .html file hv to process through php enginee
with put .html on /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/php5.conf
after remove .html from /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/php5.conf,
now manual show perfectly.
