Please sync debian-edu 0.831 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The change was made to build against an updated cdd-dev. There is a separate sync bug for cdd-dev, and syncing will still ensure that a new enough version of cdd-dev
will be used.

Reason: The change in cdd to enable builds of Arch any for some
CDDs leaded to the error that postinst/postrm files now contained
two copies of the same code. This is fixed in cdd-dev 0.4.7
and thus debian-edu has to be rebuilded.
