Eclipse SWT error on creating dynamic web project--browser issue

Bug Description

To reproduce this issue:
1. Install sun-java6-jdk, eclipse, and tomcat5.5 on Ubuntu 8.04.
2. Run Eclipse. Via the help menu, install the "Web and J2EE Development" plugins and their depedencies.
3. Create a new "Dynamic web project". Configure Tomcat 5.5 as the target runtime (specifying /usr/share/
During the creation of the project, Eclipse throws an SWT error and recommends closing the workspace. Restarting Eclipse causes the same SWT error to be thrown again immediately, unless you rm -rf the new project directory from the workspace.
The problem appears to have to do with creating a browser instance in order to display an EULA which has to be agreed to in order to cache http://

i confirm this error. Installing from: http:// www.eclipse. org/downloads/ moreinfo/ jee.php works fine.
