Bug Description

When wifi card is use with wpasupplicant, init script order is bad.

On boot, clock's synchronisation with ubuntu's nntp server appears before wpasupplicant's init
script. So, I must pass this script with "CTRL+C".

You should change this order to have wpasupplicant's init script executed before synchronisation.

This bug wasn't fixed by the hack for #14729 as wpasupplicant's init script is
in the wrong place.
