Please sync kid3 1.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

In debian/rules dh_iconcache has been changed to dh_icons
and the new debian package already contains this change

Changelog since current intrepid version 0.10-1ubuntu1:

kid3 (1.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New usptream release:
    - Includes polish translation. (Closes: #465675)
  * Add build-depend on libqt3-i18n to build translations.
  * Update description in control file and manpages.
