Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian package has been substantially reworked and the Ubuntu changes appear to be obsolete.

Fails with:

  libffi4: Depends: gcc-4.2-base (= 4.2.3-2ubuntu7) but 4.2.3-4ubuntu1 is installed.

I filled the following bugs for libdb*-perl:

Not sure what should I do for libffi4.

This debdiff builds fine in Intrepid pbuilder.

I am not absolutely sure if there should be more changes, but the changes in debian/control are AFAICS not needed anymore and there are no patches (I also made a debdiff between 1.2.0-1 and 1.2.0-1ubuntu1 to check that up). Now it's more like a sync, I just removed both Ubuntu changes...

    - Adjusted Maintainer field
  * Removed changes:
    - No patchsys needed as there are no patches
