Bug Description
Binary package hint: liblocale-
Please sync from debian/unstable our change in the dependency was only needed to fix a gutsy->hardy upgrade issue that triggered a apt bug. That apt bug is fixed in hardy so we don't need this workaround anymore.

The sync is also needed upgrade pbuilder chroot from hardy to intrepid.
