poppler docs don't show up in devhelp

The link pointing from /usr/share/gtk-doc/html to /usr/share/doc/libpoppler-glib-dev/html is wrong, there is a poppler directory in there so the path ends to be /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/poppler/poppler/ and the docs don't show up in devhelp.

confirmed, that's a bug in the debian packaging
