wrong 24x24 icon size for gnome-nettool

Bug Description

The gnome-nettool icon is blurred when viewing in the GNOME panel, I found out the reason, that is the gnome-nettool icon in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/24x24 is NOT 24x24 but a 256x256. Using image-magic tool, the icon can be converted from 22x22 by add 1px border. I hope this bug is not a gnome upstream bug.

This bug looks fixed both upstream (watch added) and in the Hardy package:
