Binary package hint: kde
There is no change to the appearance of a window when it has focus.
The appearance of windows does not change with focus, so it's impossible to see whether or not it has focus until one starts to type. This may not be a 'security' problem in the new sense of the term, but it could lead to extra difficulties or even lost data or configurations.

Technically, the window decoration buttons and window text *do* change to gray, but I digress...
The Oxygen team is currently working on a solution for this, and I'll link the upstream bug report in a minute or few.
