new kde4 desktop icons for bitmaps lack preview

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kde
Icons for files containing bitmapped images (e.g. GIF, JPEG, PNG) on KDE 3.5.x had thumbnails of the image as the icon. This is missing and all the bitmaps seem to have the same icon: polaroid-looking hot air ballon. That's actually a nice-looking icon, but it's very helpful to see a thumbnail of the image as or in the icon itself.
