download directory button not working in frontend mode

Bug Description
File browser does not appear when the Download Directory button is clicked
Lottanzb is setup for frontend_mode = True and is set to monitor a local hellanzb instance that was already setup.
Per the source code, it looks like the hellanzb prefs are not loaded/imported if lottanzb is in frontend mode (lines 56-57 in lottanzb.py)

Hi mrhappi,
the HellaNZB preferences aren't loaded in front-end mode because it's not easy for LottaNZB to automatically determine where they are in every case. In the next version of LottaNZB, you will be able to specify the location of the configuration file. LottaNZB won't change the configuration file in any way in this mode. It will be parsed, so that LottaNZB knows where the download directory is etc.
In LottaNZB 0.2 we simply forgot to hide the download directory button. Thanks for reporting this bug and stay tuned! LottaNZB 0.2.1 or 0.3 (?) is going to be released in the weeks to come.
