Bug Description
Binary package hint: desktop-effects-kde
Desktop Effects will not launch for me. I tried apt-get remove --purge desktop-effects-kde then reinstalling but no luck. I'm using Kubuntu 8.04.

whoops, this package is for KDE 4 and I'm using KDE 3.5.
