Bug Description

My Motorola SM56 speaker modem (plugged into a Compaq P2 motherboard) apparently
is not supported.
And my other modem, PCtel HSP56 MR (plugged into a P4 motherboard), is also not
supported (see bug 20399).

but I didn't use it yet. The generic info is at

We can't support pctel modems. The driver has some serious license issues.
