Bug Description
Binary package hint: amarok
Very recently, at one of the last updates before Hardy was finalized, Amarok (or Nautilus?) suddenly started doing weird things to my ipod naon (3rd generation, the "fatty nano").
After adding a few podcasts and disconnecting properly (although the amarok app was upgraded between the time I connected and the time I disconnected - if that matters), the ipod suddenly showed no music and no podcasts (as if the problem fixed in http://
I tried re-connecting the ipod, Amarok found the music on there, I later disconnected/
I suspect there is some permissions trouble; as if the ipod has been mounted read-only or something. E.g. if I now open Nautilus and try to add a file to the COntacts or Notes folders, I get an error too... See below screenshots for more information
