video wont't start on this site

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

on this site http://www.vk.tv/video the videoś won't start. When i select a video, the 'player'icon is displayed. after clicking on it, the movie don't start. Nothing happens
 I use ubuntu 8.04

Does this happen withy flashplugin-nonfree installed instead of swf?
