Bug Description
I am using Hardy. Have been upgrade it from Gutsy by network.
I have a 'USA' and 'Bih' (Bosnian) layouts. USA is the default. Sometimes when I try to change to Bih layout it remains USA. It shows Bih, but it isn't.
I have tried to restart computer and it sometimes start to work. Only way to go around is by removing the Bosnian layout and adding it again.
I have tried all this on a new computer with fresh Hardy install and everything works fine.

Update:
The bug manifests also in a fresh install of Hardy.
