Please backport lintian 1.23.47 or 48 from Intrepid

Current version in Gutsy is 1.23.42~gutsy1 and in Hardy 1.23.46, please backport the latest 1.23.47/48 from Intrepid.

I've tested 48 also and it's fine, so whichever one we have when this bug is processes is OK to backport.
