Partition progress dialogue should be modal ontop of installer

The progress bar should remain above the installer (modal/child window).

All of the ubiquity dialogs are modal. I imagine he meant the entire set of ubiquity windows got buried, but if you're still in contact with him, please point him at this bug report so can he clarify.

I don't mess with launchpad so I can't change the status, but I
definitely got the main ubiquity window on top of the dialog. I was in
installer mode (not livecd) so there weren't any other windows anyway.

Benjamin, was this Ubuntu, Kubuntu, or something else? It just occurred to me that this is something I think I remember seeing with the KDE frontend.

Is this bug still valid? IIRC the partitioning progress is now included in the overall progress bar in the main window.
