Bug Description
Binary package hint: deluge-torrent
The problem is this: i have the option "stop seeding torrents when ratio reaches" set to "2,15" on seeding tab at preferences.
I consider this one to be a standard to me in order to make the queues go on and let other torrents to be shared since i often leave the computer on to download and upload torrents. This way all my torrents in the queue will be shared at a defined time.
But sometimes, i want to let a torrent be shared more than that, for many reasons. It can be a torrent i created myself or a rare movie/album i want to share with others and I will stop to upload it only when I believe there are enough seeders. I thought the desired ratio plugin could solve that, but that's not the case.
It seems that when the ratio limit is set in the preferences, the desired ratio plug-in does not overcome it. To be true, deluge often crash when I try to overcome this value for a certain torrent, whether I set it to a higher value or to none.
This is a functionality would be great if could over come values like that.
I am using ubuntu hardy and deluge 0.5.8.9, package version is 0.5.8.9-0ubuntu1
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Deluge has had significant code changes with 1.1.2.dfsg-1, available in Ubuntu Jaunty. Could you please test with this version to see if the problem still exists? You can find out more about the development release at http:// www.ubuntu. com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
