Bug Description

Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config

Fresh Ubuntu 8.04 install:
Go to System -> Preferences -> Keyboard -> Layouts -> [Layout Options...]
Click on the [Help] button.

Watch the Layout Options window disappear, and no Help window open.

I was able to reproduce this on hardy and intrepid. It's not a xkeyboard-config bug though; reassigning.
