firefox can't load sites when synaptic downloads packages

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When Synaptic Packages Manager are downloading some package Firefox 3 can't load any site. When I type an URL Firefox tries to find it but always can't and timeout error occurs.

that's a network issue not a firefox bug.
