Bug Description

If I go to the url ubuntuguide.org (ie Gutsy or Fiesty pages within) in either firefox or epiphany web browsers, X suddenly restarts without warning (crashes) when the page is almost fully loaded, and I am presented with login screen. I haven't experienced this problem on any other websites. The pages load fine in IE on Windows machine. The page doesn't seem to have any embedded content (e.g. Flash).

Happy to provide any log files as necessary, but don't know which ones are relevant in this case!

I don't know if it's a security vulnerability, but I've marked as such because it seems pretty catastrophic from going to a web page.

uname -a:
Linux cyborg 2.6.24-16-generic #1 SMP Thu Apr 10 13:23:42 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux

Works for me on -ati; guessing it's a driver-specific issue.

Could you install debug packages for xserver and obtain a full backtrace? See http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing for directions.
