Quod libet and flashplugin-nonfree conflict over sound

Bug #224366 reported by Das Buch

Bug Description

Hardy Heron

If I have Quod LIbet open in the toolbar, and then try to play, say, a YouTube video, the sound won't play. I have to quit Quod Libet, then refresh the YouTube tab in order to get sound. This is obviously frustrating, as I have to entirely quit Quod LIbet every time I want to watch a YouTube video or listen to sound on the internet - on Gutsy, I could just pause whatever I was listening to in order to listen to something else, irrespective of what it was.

Thanks for closing this. It is resolved by installing libflashsupport,
which I guess should be a dependency for flash. I'm glad that I won't
receive new emails on this...:-)

@jamie

Sorry for the additional email, but according to bug #183917 and my own personal experience, libflashsupport is buggy and causes crashes. The correct solution can be found on the ubuntu forums at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=789578

regards.
