Changing the bar layout from Left to Right results in PHP error

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* Have some items in the left bar
* Change the bar type from Left sidebar to Right sidebar
* Save
Results:
A PHP error: "A PHP Error (8) occured in 1888 at line /home/nathan/
Expected: An empty right bar
(Also applies the other way arround, of setting to No bars)
