grub4dos gets jammed with the message "Turning On Gate A20" or "...upper memory...".

This is a known issue of grub4dos triggered on some machines/BIOS but because of the number of tickets, bean123 and tinybit (grub4dos devs) tried to merge the grub2 code that handles gate A20 into grub4dos. Tinybit provided a build and the preliminary tests have been successful.
