Kubuntu windows can't focus properly

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kwin

Sorry for my english, I'll try to explain the problem as better as I can.
I have installed Kubuntu hardy heron in a fresh install. Desktop effects are NOT enabled.

When I click on a window it doesn't get the focus, and the window remain under the other windows. Only Firefox 2 and Thunderbird raise above other windows, but the focus remain on the precedent one. (Screenshot as attachment)

To gain the focus I only have to click in the title bar or in the application bar.

May be the same here. Using gnome on hardy with latest updates and software only from repos (desktop effects on)

Clicking in an app on the bottom panel don't show it, Clicking in a window app don't get focus. Launching apps from the menu show without problems. Clicking again in other win app don't get the focus

Switching with alt-tab and the app got focus

Could somebody test this with KDE4 to see if it is still an issue?
