Bug Description

If the numOctaves attribute is missing in an feTurbulence filter primitive, Inkscape won't render this primitive.
i.e. this image: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:SVG_filter_feTurbulence.svg is not rendered correctly.
The second box has no Turbulence. In librsvg and Opera it's working fine (with numOctaves standard value = 1?)

Confirmed (with SVN revision 18450). And numOctaves="1" is indeed the default - see section 15.24 of the SVG 1.0 (or SVG 1.1) spec.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.46. Not reproduced with 0.47 and more recent versions.
