Remove xosd from repository

Bug Description

As xmms has been removed, and is a dependency of xmms-osd, xmms-osd should also be removed.

There is no reason to remove xosd from repository but we should remove only xmms-osd-plugin package (already removed in Intrepid).

This is fixed in Intrepid with 2.2.14-1.5. I don't think this is SRU-worthy, though. Package is currently uninstallable in Hardy (xmms-osd-plugin: Depends: xmms (>= 1.2.0) but it is not installable), removing it won't bring us additional benefits (uninstallable package against no package at all).
