Hi,

The relevant section from your log shows that there was an error with the upgrade of the scrollkeeper package. It says it was stopped by an "interrupt" signal. Did you interrupt the upgrade process at all?

Incidentally, the error with the entity there is bug 216789, although that shouldn't cause a crash, so I don't think this is a duplicate of that.
