Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-applets
When the clock is set to "Internet time", it appears to update every second. However, since a centibeat != a second, the clock appears to lurch forward, then stop, occasionally missing a centibeat. Instead, it should update about every 0.864 seconds.
I'm in Hardy, but it happened in Gutsy, and I'm assuming its ubiquitous.
