Dragging and hovering over a task should display the appropriate window

When using drag and drop to copy or move something from one window from another, GNOME's taskbar opens the appropriate window when dragging an item and hovering over the task in the taskbar. This allows to drag things between windows that cover each other up without moving them about.

I propose that AWN should do this.
