Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdenetwork-
When creating shares the configuration is written to /etc/samba/
Steps to reproduce
1) open System settings -> Sharing -> File Sharing, switch to Administrator mode and select Advanced sharing mode
2) open konqueror and right click on any folder outside the home folder and click share from the context menu
3) select Share this folder and Share with Samba checkboxes and press Ok, enter password when prompted
Note: this also happens when using System settings as normal user once Advanced sharing mode is enabled

If there was an switch to admin mode button in KDE 4 this issue would be fixed completely.
However, I straced and the results are that it was trying to write the correct file, it just didn't get write permission to ;-)
