Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
I'm not sure if this is the proper place for this report.
The website torrentscan.com is using a full screen popup browser window with no controls to display an advertisement. This popup is not blocked and there is no obvious way to get rid of it. It can be reproduced by going to the website and clicking in the search box on the left side of the screen. The site uses a cookie or similar technique to display it once.
The window cannot be resized in any corner. Moving to the top of the window produces no menu. There is no close and the URL cannot be modified. The only way I found to get rid of this window is to press F11 twice, then resize the window so the window decorator can be used to close it.
I know other bugs were marked as invalid, but I believe this technique, if used widely, could be detrimental for the experience of the average user.

I also experience this in an updated Ubuntu 8.04 visiting sites like elpais.com with no previous cookies from it.
I am attaching a screen shot of a fullscreen popup.
