HTML Tag Error in Preferences's General Tab

[Bug Description]
HTML tag in General tab of AWN manager is not correct, when my locale is set to zh_CN.UTF-8, while t is correct when en_US.UTF-8.
The tag for <b>Bar behaviour</b> is correct, but the corresponding one for zh_CN is not correct.

Some output from AWN manager when invoking Preferences:

/usr/bin/awn-manager:64: GtkWarning: Failed to set text from markup due to error parsing markup: 第1行第27个字符出错：元素“markup”已经结束，当前未结束的元素是“b”

The Chinese characters says that the 27th character in 1st line has some error: element "markup" is ended, current un-finished element is "b"

My locale is zh_CN.UTF-8

Sorry for the late reply, I've just been back from vacation.

The translation in current trunk is correct now, no need to change anything in it.
