Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfce4-mcs-manager

Versions:
Xubuntu 8.04
xfce4-mcs-manager 4.4.2-2ubuntu2
vnc4server 4.1.1+xorg1.0.2-0ubuntu7
xvnc4viewer 4.1.1+xorg1.0.2-0ubuntu7

(1) Run a vnc session which has startxfce4 in the xstartup so that X starts
(2) Open the settings manager (Applications->settings->settings manager)
(3) Click the "keyboard" icon
(4) The manager crashes

This works correctly on the same system when not running under vnc.

Is this issue still reproducible on jaunty with Xfce 4.6?

Sorry for the delay, but it is going to take me awhile to test this. After upgrading to Jaunty, bug 371454 renders xfce unusable, so I'm back on intrepid. I'll have to spin up a VM specifically to test this, and it may take me several weeks to have a chance to do so, as I'm quite busy right now.
