I'm sorry but I'm closing this bug as there is not enough information available to move forward with it. If you can reproduce this, please reopen and attach .xsession-errors from your home directory. Note, if you attempt to login again after receiving the error then you'll overwrite the file so make sure to get a copy before logging in again. This can be accomplished by logging in with another account or in the virtual terminal when can be accomplished by pressing alt + ctrl+ F1 all at once, login, and run this command to copy the file to "xession-errors.txt" in your home directory: cp ~/.xsession-errors ~/xsession-errors.txt (press ctrl + alt + F7 to return to graphical interface). Any other information would be greatly appreciated (ie. what version of Xubuntu are you using now? saved session? other logs or errors you see that might be related?).
