Bug Description

I'm using Xubuntu Hardy with all the updates installed.

I wonder why there is no volume control applet (and notes applet) on the XFCE Panel?
A user has to add these applets manually, but I guess many new users doesn't know about such possibility.

I'm sure this applets should be added to the XFCE Panel in order to make it more usable.
Users change the volume level and make notes very often
so these tools should be easy accessible.

The xfce4 mixer should be added to the panel by default but the notes panel is not.
