Extend integration of Last.fm plugin

Bug Description

Currently the Last.fm plugin adds it's own buttons to the rating toolbar which results in doubled playback controls while the main controls cannot be used correctly.

I think the plugin should instead modify the playback controls to reflect those of the Last.fm player. This would be required as soon as a Last.fm station is starting to play and should be undone as soon as it has (been) stopped.

I admit, this sounds like hard work but would make for a more consistent interface.

It wouldn't be hard, but I don't necessarily think that there's any duplication, as the "next" button for last.fm has a different meaning than the "next" button in Exaile. Next in last.fm means "stay on the same stream, but play a different song", whereas, the next button in Exaile says "move to the next track in the playlist". Also, last.fm adds two new buttons: Love and Ban, which aren't present in the Exaile playback area.

Well, I for myself would really like to be able to use the same button for basically the same functionality. If I wouldn't already know what the two buttons do, I wouldn't care about the difference.

This of course would be included by "modifying the playback controls". The "Previous" button would be dropped and those two buttons added.

There is no Last.fm radio plugin anymore, thus this one is obsolete.
