Proxy dialog doesn't fit on screen

Bug Description
When trying to change the proxy in the Proxy Settings Applet on a Samsung Q1Ultra running a mccaslin/UME build from 2008/04/16 , everything below the socks host info is off the bottom of the screen, and I can't see the "OK" or "Cancel" buttons.

Can you tell me what resolution the display is set to? Also, is there a moko finger scroller present which allows you to scroll the proxy dialog's first tab?
