Bug Description

yeah i know it's yet again the same bug over and over.. questions shouldn't be
prompted on dist-upgrades.

I assume you mean the "restart services" question? or a conffile again?

I only got the restart services question, and that will be replaced RSN with an
udate notification.

It was not fixed for Hoary. It was fixed in subsequent releases.
