This problem occurs after two others bugs appears (one with VirtualBox and one with Listen Music Player).

This bug crahes the update manager before the end of the upgrade process. So I think the clean step and reboot step are not done.
Before manually reboot, I've lauched synaptic to look after brocken packages, but nothing special happen... Just two packages blink as not updated (octave and VirtualBox (--> https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virtualbox-ose/+bug/210212 )). I fix them and manually reboot my linux box.
After reboot, all seem to correctly work. I just have to clean up my system manually and fix the sources.list, who stayed with the minimal depot due to the upgrade.
