Upgrading to Hardy from Feisty doesn't install pulseaudio

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

Audio didn't work properly with Feisty (e.g. recording with Intel ICH6 hardware).
I wanted to try pulseaudio and did a "update-manager -d" but pulseaudio isn't installed.
I had to install from scratch from a CD.
I think upgrading should install and configure pulseaudio.

Sorry, wrong information, I was on Gutsy, not Feisty.
This should work, shouldn't it?
