Xinerama: only primary screen locked

This is against package gnome-screensaver (not in the list yet :( ), assigning
to seb128 as he is the maintainer of the package.

I'm using on my laptop an xinerama like setup (in fact, its the mergedfb feature
from radeon drivers).

when gnome-screensaver locks the screen, only the left (primary) screen is
locked. The secondary screen can be used normally. This makes locking defacto
useless.

Severity critical, due to potential security issues.

xinerama locking work according to some other users, maybe a mergedfb issue.
Changing the settings and reassigning the bug

a dependency on libxxf86vm was missing, its added in gnome-screensaver
0.0.13-0ubuntu4 and xscreensaver 4.21-4ubuntu13 please check if it works now.

Thank you, ogra! I confirm that gnome-screensaver is fixed now. Didn't check
xscreensaver, but I'm confident.
