Ubuntu8.04 does not boot

Bug Description

Ubuntu 8.08 RC i386 does not boot. It starts the boot process and tries to initialize a bluetooth device (which I do not have) in my pc and freezes up. I am currently running Ubuntu 7.10 without any problems.

Troubleshooting:

1. I checked the CD for errors and there weren't any.
2. I checked RAM for errors and there weren't any.
3. I tried to boot it several times without any success.
4. I tried the CD in a HP laptop without any problems.

This issue is critical for the final release.

please post some more information e.g. a dmesg output or a screen where we can see where the error exactly occures!
